The dictionary search failed to find any words with this pairing. /ʒ/ is in any case very rare, while /ŋ/ is restricted to syllable-final occurrence and only after short vowels. The closest I could come to identifying a minimal pair is collision/Klingon. However this demands that you pronounce collision as a two-syllable word and use a schwa in the second syllable of Klingon.
